From my home, to yours

I’ve always found happiness in dreams of homeliness and sanctuary. Ever since I was a little girl, rather than castles in the sky, I would construct my perfect forever home in my imagination. Pear orchards and indoor swings, roaring fires and window seats in reading nooks; I loved to consider each little detail. I’d draw them for my little brother and add his requirements in the correct coloured crayons as required. I guess looking back it makes sense that as a grown up I’d build a business from sharing this particular kind of happiness with others!

Hearth & table has been a lifetime in the making. It represents everything about where I believe we can find true happiness: our homes. They should reflect our personalities, our dreams, our wishes for our dear ones. They should meet our deepest needs, hold us at the end of a long, hard day and make finding sustenance and nurturing easy.
